My History with Cacao
My relationship with cacao began during a period when I was learning how to listen to my body in a completely new way. I attended my first cacao ceremony expecting little more than meditation and a cup of hot chocolate, but the experience opened something much deeper.
Cacao gradually became part of my personal ritual and a companion in my exploration of creativity, ancestry, and self-rediscovery. It inspired me to learn more about where I come from, honor my ancestors through altar-making, prayer, everyday ritual, and creating art and movement more intentionally.
Over time, that relationship grew into a desire to share cacao with others. Today, my mission is to facilitate cacao circles as spaces for reflection, creativity, connection, community, and remembering to create space for them to listen to what may already be waiting within.
Cacao ceremonies can be woven with meditation, journaling, breathwork, gentle movement, creative rituals, intention setting, artwork session, and group reflection. Each gathering is thoughtfully designed around a theme and offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect inward, and experience cacao as a companion for creativity, clarity, and meaningful connection with your intuition.
